FLSA Status: 12 months/Non-Exempt/Grade 17

SUMMARY
Schedule, administer, and monitor assessments/tests to provide support to programs and services delivered by Canadian Valley Technology Center. Works under the supervision and direction of the Assessment Center Coordinator. Must be a detail oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ASSESSMENT CENTER
Works under the supervision and direction of the Assessment Center Coordinator.
Schedule, administer, and monitor assessments/tests.
Create and maintain student records and files with attention to detail.
Develop and provide reports as necessary to supervisor and administration.
PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Work cooperatively with faculty, staff, administration, and students.
Participate in all staff development activities as requested.
Attend all faculty and staff meetings as requested.
Maintain professionalism in self and work product at all times.
Participate in professional organizations and associations.
Attend professional conferences and workshops as required.
OTHER
Requisition and pick up materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
Follow and enforce the policies and procedures of the Board of Education.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the administration.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: High School Diploma or GED; One year experience in a support role working with students in an educational setting. Computer application skills and professional office skills. Equivalent level of education may substitute for work experience.
